The governor made this known to the massive crowd of members of * Odenigbo Political Vanguard (OPV) * who gathered to endorse him for a second term in office. According to Mr Governor, his vision of turning the state to African Dubai Taiwan is still intact and his first term is focused on laying the necessary foundations.
